Delivery Mechanics

When placing an order, please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery, as the majority of our products require immediate refrigeration. If we have to make a second delivery due to our inability to leave your goods on the first attempt, an additional delivery charge may be applied to your order.

• Delivery times are generally between 7 am and 2 pm from Monday – Friday
• Delivery times are generally between 7 am and midday Saturday
• If your delivery is required at a specific time, please detail this requirement when you place your order and we will do our very best to meet this time.
• Delivery times, however, cannot be guaranteed; we will endeavour to meet our customer requirements.
• No deliveries will be made on Sunday
