When you make an order we also collect information that allows us to make-up and deliver your order; this includes the name, address and phone number of the intended recipient(s) as well as personalised card messages.

Our staff to fulfill your order only uses your information (with the exception of your e-mail address and unless instructed otherwise) in relation to your current order. Your messages are kept strictly confidential and credit card numbers are destroyed after a specified time in accordance with general banking practices.

zest patisserie will not sell or release your personal information to any organisation or person outside of the company under any circumstances, unless required by law or in cases where unlawful activity, such as fraudulent credit card use, is suspected.
